We deal in hydraulic products, hydraulic motors, electronic items, water pipes, water motors, tool boxes, and auto tool kits.
All products are checked before dispatch to ensure quality and proper working condition.

Refunds are provided only under specific conditions mentioned below.

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product during delivery
  • The product is not working at the time of delivery (manufacturing defect only)

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and invoice must be provided
  • Clear photo/video proof of the issue may be required

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Electrical or mechanical damage after use
  • Minor wear and tear due to installation or usage
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The product will be inspected by our team
  • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method (if applicable)
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days

6. Replacement Option

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement of the product, depending on stock availability.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable
  • If the refund is approved due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), return shipping may be covered by us

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
